Pediatric and Infant Massage
What We Offer
Infant Massage - Birth to 1 year
Infant massage is a modality that’s used to promote better sleep, support healthy growth, relieve gas/colic, enhance bonding, boost the immune system, improve digestion, decrease muscle tightness, and support brain development.
An initial infant massage session will begin with a detailed assessment to address any concerns family may have along with a customized massage plan. After the first visit, family will then be taught how to safely perform the massage at home.
Pricing
Infant session (15-20 min) $30
Pediatric Massage - 1-18 years old
Pediatric massage is a gentle, safe approach designed specifically for children. During the session, your child will remain fully supported, and you’re welcome to stay with them the entire time.
We follow your child’s comfort level—sessions are generally shorter than adult massages and can include breaks as needed. The techniques are very gentle and adapted to your child’s age and needs.
The goal is to help your child relax, feel comfortable in their body, and support their overall well-being. Before we begin, we’ll review your child’s health history and talk through any questions or concerns you may have.
Pricing
Pediatric session (30 min) $60
Pediatric session (45 min) $85

For infants, it can aid in digestion, helping to relieve common issues such as gas, colic, and constipation. In children with developmental delays or physical challenges, massage can enhance body awareness, coordination, and motor development. It may also reduce muscle tension, making it especially helpful for children recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.

Pediatric massage can improve sleep quality, making it beneficial for children who struggle with restlessness or irregular sleep patterns. It also supports sensory integration, helping children who may be sensitive to touch or easily overstimulated feel more regulated and secure.
