Kristen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in HR and was a captain of the OU Pom Squad. She has since pursued pediatric physical therapy for the past seven years. She is certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cupping, Total Motion Release (TMR), Neonatal Touch and Massage, and is a Certified Autism Specialist. She is currently working to become certified in Cranial-Sacral Therapy.

Alex graduated from St. Gregory’s University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and played collegiate soccer. He is a certified Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, and a Massage Therapist. Alex has a special interest in Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. He is certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cupping, and is currently working to become certified in Cranial-Sacral Therapy.
